Hi there! My name is Reza and I am currently a Ph.D. student in CSE department at POSTECH, South Korea. I live in the peaceful city of Pohang and work in the Haptics and Virtual Reality Laboratory (HVRLab) under the supervision of Prof. Seungmoon Choi.

Holding a bachelor and a master degree in Control Engineering, I joined HVRLab to study my second master in 2010. Back then, my research focus was on capturing and transferring driving skills from expert to novice drivers using hidden Markov models. After graduation in 2012, I continued working as a researcher. In September 2013 I started my Ph.D. focusing on surface haptics to render 3D geometries and fine surface textures on an electrovibration display.
